Impersonating an Elected Official…
It’s generally understood that one is committing a crime by impersonation a police officer or military personnel. I suggest we make it a crime for a lowly bureaucrat to impersonate an official elected fairly by the public. No one voted for the haughty nannies that regularly command and harrass innocent citizens. There is no place in the American constitution that affords a position for control freaks to boss the public around with edicts.
Make them adhere to a standard of simple functionaries. If they try to go beyond that, fire their asses and prosecute them for breaching the standards in our constitution and bill of rights.
